Every Sunday, we gather here at the Sanctuary to pause, breathe, and share four reflections that help us reset and prepare for the week ahead. These small moments remind us to slow down, find gratitude, and reconnect with ourselves.
Below are my four for this week — I’d love for you to share yours too.
✨ This Week’s Sunday Sanctuary Ritual
🌼 One Thing I’m Grateful For
This week, I’m grateful for lunch with a near‑and‑dear friend — the kind of catch‑up that fills your cup and reminds you how good it feels to be seen and understood.
🍃 One Thing I’m Releasing
I’m releasing the need to go, go, go all the time. I’ve been stuck in constant motion lately, and this week I’m choosing to slow down and prioritize my mental health. Rest is productive too.
🌙 One Thing I’m Looking Forward To
I’m excited for something special I’ve been working on behind the scenes — a project that will connect even more deeply with the Sanctuary and help grow my brand. It’s still my little secret for now, but I can’t wait to share it soon.
☕ One Moment of Calm
My moment of calm came during a drive through the mountains (well, Oklahoma mountains 😄). The open road and fresh air helped clear my mind and bring me back to nature.
💛 Closing Thoughts
This week, I’m reminding myself that slowing down doesn’t mean falling behind — it means making space for peace, creativity, and connection.
If you’re reading this, I hope you find a moment of calm today too — maybe in your coffee, your kitchen, or your own version of this ritual.
We’re building this space together, one honest Sunday at a time.
